Finance/HR and Facilities Administrator

SEND and You (SAY) provide the Information, advice and support service for Children and Young people with SEND and their families in Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset. We are recruiting for a Finance, HR & Facilities Administrator to join our team.

 

As Finance, HR & Facilities Administrator you will support several aspects of the HR, Finance and facilities function of the charity. If you are an experienced administrator, with excellent communication and IT skills, we’d love to hear from you! The right candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and have a general understanding of HR and finance. You will be self-motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team and have a willingness to learn!

Salary: Band 2 Point 11 (SAY Payscale 2024-2025) – £24,054 per annum, pro rata. Progression to move to Band 3 (12-16) £24,948-£26,845 per annum, pro rata depending on experience and/or obtained qualifications.

Hours: 24 hours a week, worked over four days. Hours will normally be worked between our core working hours of 9.30am-4.30pm. Some flexibility may be needed occasionally to attend team meetings or training.

Location: Royal Oak House, Royal Oak Avenue, Bristol BS1 4GB and home working available – please note due to the nature of this role there will be a requirement to work from the office 1-2 days per week.
