Bristol Evening Surgery. 6.00pm – 8.00pm Thursday 21st November 2019
In response to feedback from our service users in Bristol, we’re holding another FREE evening ‘surgery’ for parents and carers of children with SEND living in the Bristol City local authority.
If you would like one-to-one help and support about your child’s special educational needs, Supportive Parents will be offering free 30 minute appointments with an Information, Advice and Support Worker, between 6.00 – 8.00pm. We’re happy to look at paperwork, give you guidance about filling in forms and to discuss next steps with you.
When: Thursday 21st November 2019
Where: Supportive Parents, Royal Oak House, Royal Oak Avenue, Bristol BS1 4GB
Please note: If both parents/carers wish to attend, only one ticket is required between you. You must be a Bristol City local authority resident, or your child must be attending a nursery, school or college within the Bristol local authority. Unfortunately we are not able to invite those who live in South Gloucestershire or North Somerset local authority areas to this event.
Bristol Parent Carers will also be hosting their drop in support group at the same time on the ground floor of Royal Oak House. No need to book for this, just drop in and come and meet some other parents or talk to the Bristol Parent Carers team. We will also have a member from the Carers Support Centre on hand to talk about services available to carers.
To book a 30 minute slot with Supportive Parents, please click on the ‘details’ button at the top right of the screen, to select the timeslot you require and follow the simple step by step booking process.
